Nguyen Phong Metal's wrought iron items must be carefully reviewed and approved before signing the contract and starting production. It must be said that the investor is extremely classy, has a clear view and has very high requirements for the products of the subcontractor. Nguyen Phong Metal always ensures the quality of input materials, patterns as well as the quality of paint colors for each product.

Stage 1: Manufacturing products at the factory

With a total volume of up to:

• 54.2 meters of balcony railing;
• 45.2 meters of stair railing;
• 31.7 square meters of Canopy roof.

Nguyen Phong Metal's team of workers took about a month to produce in order to bring them to the construction site on time.

Stage 2: Completion of production and installation of balcony railings and stair railings.

Construction began in mid-August 2019, when the rainy season began. The first seasonal rains are always a good omen. Therefore, Nguyen Phong Metal's items at the project were completed very smoothly.

The facade railing was completed quite quickly because Nguyen Phong Metal has many years of experience in providing CNC laser iron items. From simple items to the most complex ones, all can not make our team of craftsmen and engineers feel difficult at all.

When the rains began to fall heavily, that was the time Nguyen Phong Metal began to install the wrought iron stair railing. This is an item that Nguyen Phong Metal is extremely interested in and puts a lot of effort into. During the installation process, Nguyen Phong Metal must fully comply with safety factors at the construction site, and installation drawings. Therefore, the construction process is quick and easy. Although the images are incomplete, and not fully shimmering with furniture, Nguyen Phong Metal's wrought iron pattern lines and faux antique-copper paint of balustrade are always praised for being sharp and well-balanced.

Phase 3: Construction and installation of canopy roof.

Canopy roof is an arising item after a design change and Nguyen Phong Metal has to do it in a hurry to catch up with the schedule to put the project into operation.

Nguyen Phong Metal's wrought iron canopy roof designs were approved from the very first design. Investor and contractor - NK Construction Design Consultant Company Limited always created favorable conditions to support Nguyen Phong Metal to complete items well.
