1. Ms.Be - Mr.Vinh Project in Tan Phu Dist.

The project of Ms. Be - Mr.Vinh was contracted for the first time on November 5th, 2019 with a total volume of stair railings up to 33 linear meters.

The stair railing pattern is delicately designed, inspired by a foreign staircase design. Each wrought iron pattern line is designed very gently and delicately. Wrought iron patterns use 16mm square steel iron, decorated with cast iron flowers and leaves. The top handrail is mainly the special highlight of this stair railing because we use 16mm thick sheet iron CNC patterns cut into a beautiful and solid block.

Although there are many customers who put this stair railing for their house (they often leave out the CNC pattern handrail above), it can be said that this is the project like the initial model most. Because the homeowners are lovers of classic motifs, meticulous and perfectionist, the finishing stair railing must be beautiful.

About the paint color, he and she chose faux antique-copper paint sprayed with red copper particles. It goes without saying that this paint color makes you have to nod when looking at it because of its quality, classy and beauty. When Nguyen Phong Metal handed over the item, the wooden handrail team had not yet started work, but it also looked very good

2. Vinhome Bason Villa Project:

The Villa project at Vinhome Bason is a work signed through an interior design unit, so the working process is more rigorous, complying with the construction regulations and the contract with the main contractor with the aim of making management as well as acceptance of items easier.

This stair railing model is Nguyen Phong Metal's own design. It can be said that it is the latest design at the time of signing the contract. And especially, when submitting the drawing to the investor, it was selected immediately  without any editing. The entire wrought iron patterns use 16mm square steel iron, decorated with cast iron flowers and leaves and stamped iron. All are painted 2-component epoxy with faux antique-copper gold color. The paint color was praised by the investor and the neighbors.

Before manufacturing all 32 meters of stair railing, our factory prefinished a sample to submit to the investor for approval before mass production.
 

Items are carefully processed and manufactured within 30 days and constructed in 7 days at the construction site. Nguyen Phong Metal carried out making a gloss paint cover again and cleaning before handing over the product.

3. Mr. Quan’s Villa - Nha Trang Province

Mr.Quan’s villa can be considered as the first villa project Nguyen Phong Metal had done with 100% of the items that are wrought iron (including gate, door, fence, windows, stair railings, ,…). The project was signed and constructed at the end of 2017.

In particular, the item of wrought iron stair railing with a total volume of 25 meters. The entire wrought iron patterns use 16mm square steel iron, painted in gold color the same with the classic luxurious white-gold color tone of the villa.

This is the first full wrought iron project, but Nguyen Phong Metal did not face too many difficulties during the construction process because of the great support from the homeowner. The project was completed successfully and received great trust from the homeowner. That is the driving force of Nguyen Phong Metal's work and continuous development.

This is the project with the latest wrought iron stair railing items by the end of 2020, completed before the Lunar New Year with a construction volume of 18 meters of stair railing.

Wrought iron railing model uses a 20x6mm flat iron sheet bent into simple shapes and decorated with stamped iron leaves. The product uses high-grade matte black industrial paint. Producing 25 days at the factory, then carrying out construction at the construction site. Craftsmen of Nguyen Phong Metal handle welds and paint products extremely beautifully and carefully at the construction site. The lines of the pattern are delicate, sharp, durable; moreover, the surface is smooth and beautiful. Although the model is simple, it’s extremely delicate, suitable for classical space.
