1. CAFE & RESTAUTANT FROJECT - AQUA CITY, DONG NAI

The Cafe & Restaurant project at Aqua City - Dong Nai is a crucial project that is located in the center of the project and will draw a tremendous number of investors and visitors once it is finished.

2. DECORATIVE WROUGHT IRON GRILL DESIGN.

Receiving the trust from the main contractor - TTID company, Nguyen Phong Metal received the design, processed, and completed 04 decorative wrought iron grills at the location of two front halls for the Cafe & Restaurant Aqua City project.

CATEGORY INFORMATION:

• Decorative wrought iron grill 
• Dimensions: 4750mm height x 1560mm width .
• Quantity: 04 decorative wrought iron grills.
• Total volume: 30 square meters. 
• Materials: flat bar iron, round bar iron, combined with iron art accessories. 
• Paint color: 2-component epoxy matte black.

Our technical staff conducts a site survey before designing 04 wrought iron grills according to actual dimensions. Specifically, the height of the wall has a much higher design than usual to match the overall architecture of the building. Therefore, all measuring, surveying, and calculating of construction plans are carried out carefully by experienced workers with good techniques. 

To unify the contract, Nguyen Phong Metal must work with the contractor and calculate the schedule very carefully. In fact, the item was entrusted to Nguyen Phong Metal in an urgent period, with only 20 days left to hand over the project to Nova Land Investor. However, Nguyen Phong Metal still tries to make sure everything happens as neatly and as quickly as possible to meet the schedule and support the main contractor in handing over the work to the investor.

Nguyen Phong Metal's design & engineering department redesigned the entire decorative wrought iron grill with the description of the materials. All design drawings and production drawings are approved by the main contractor within 3 days before we start manufacturing at the workshop.

3. PRODUCTION OF THE DECORATIVE WROUGHT IRON GRILL - AT WORKSHOP

   The production deployment process was carried out when there were only 17 days left to hand over the project, so the entire production and installation process of Nguyen Phong Metal must be done within 15 days.

 However, this is not recommended for art curling iron items. Products such as decorative wrought iron grills are very interested in aesthetic value and technical factors. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure the minimum time to produce products with quality in terms of both technical, artistic and aesthetic values. Especially to ensure the quality of the paint and product surface, so the best machining time for the decorative wrought iron art grill is 30 business days.

The shortening of processing and construction times forces workers at the factory to work overtime in a concentrated way  to avoid errors.

Nguyen Phong Metal constantly updates production photos at the factory to report progress to the investor. 

The production process was completed successfully and on time due to the factory workers' overtime.

4. DELIVERY AND CONSTRUCTION AT THE SITE.

The decorative wrought iron grills are large in size and great weight because they are processed from 100% solid iron.

The product is cooled and primed, then a color paint layer and 2 layers of matte finish are applied. All paint used is a 2-component, 4-layer, matte black epoxy paint from Asia brand, which is a high-grade paint recommended for iron art items (or Jotun paint brand).

To protect products during transportation, all decorative wrought iron grills are wrapped with 2 layers of foam and PE. 

The construction process is carried out quickly under the careful calculation of the technical staff and construction supervision. Its seamless construction and paint treatment help the installation process take place quickly and neatly. 

All installation and aesthetic processing take place within 01 day. With the help of the Project Management Team, the wrought iron grills were installed and completed before the expected handover date.

5. ACCEPTANCE OF DECORATIVE WROUGHT IRON GRILLS AND HANDOVER OF CONSTRUCTION.

Each project is a mark of the work path and continuous effort of Nguyen Phong Metal's team. Confidently meeting the construction schedule without affecting product quality, it shows that Nguyen Phong Metal's production capacity has been increasing day by day.
