1. VOLUME OF WORKS:

Project: Nguyen Van Dau Apartment is one of the projects that Nguyen Phong Metal is trusted by Khang Viet Company to entrust wrought iron and aluminum glass items with product volume up to:

• 92 Meters CNC laser cut balcony railing,

• 31 meters wrought iron stair railing,

• Iron gates, fences, wrought iron fence spears,

• 25 square meters Canopy,

• And more than 15 other arising items at the construction site.

2. PRODUCTION AND INSTALLATION:

Unlike the series of townhouses that Nguyen Phong Metal cooperated with Khang Viet company in the Van Phuc residential project, Nguyen Van Dau Apartment is a new neoclassical-design project that is  spacious, and much larger-scale. The working process and requirements of the homeowners are also completely different.

The process of signing the contract and working has to go through many stages, the arising items according to the construction progress with more than 4 times of signing the contract. The appendix of the drawing ensures that the products of Nguyen Phong Metal brought to the construction site meet installation dimension standard and product quality assurance. We carry out all the steps of surveying the project, taking the size of the contract, submitting samples of materials and finishing paint color samples to the homeowner for approval before proceeding.

The first item to be carried out is the balcony railing and the iron stair railing. Compact and delicate handrail design with vertical iron bars and decorative cast iron details, the whole product is painted with 2-component epoxy in matte black. The joints and decorative details are delicately and beautifully processed to help improve the product value as well as the value of the work.

The homeowners are very meticulous and careful. Therefore, Nguyen Phong Metal must always ensure to follow the project closely, control the progress of the main items and promptly respond to the changed or arising items. Nguyen Phong Metal always brings the best solutions with the best materials such as iron, tempered glass, high-grade poly roof, ... with the most suitable design for the project. In addition, what makes our team always receive the trust and satisfaction from the homeowners and the main contractor is the proactive and polite working attitude. The team of craftsmen and workers always have a sense of protecting the product, keeping the correct behavior, implementing workplace safety and keeping the work clean.

Main gate item uses square steel tubes, faux wood paint, and decorative solid iron accessories are luxurious and sturdy. The top fence spears are not only beautiful but also must ensure safety and prevent crooks from entering the house.

With more than 15 arising items and many alterations to old items, Nguyen Phong Metal always actively implements it because we understand that our products have to bring protection to the house. By the end of July 2020, after nearly 2 months of following the project, Nguyen Phong Metal had completed all the main items and also the arising items at the request of the main contractor as well as the homeowners to deliver on time as the progress signed on 25/07/2020.

3. PROJECT HANDOVER:

On delivery day and housewarming day, Nguyen Phong Metal was very happy to receive many compliments from guests and homeowners for wrought iron items.
