Decorative steel facade is the first project - welded steel facade item with the large volume that Nguyen Phong Metal had done. As a new item of the CNC iron facade, Nguyen Phong Metal had excellently completed it on schedule.

1. VOLUME OF WORKS:

Construction volume of facades up to 20 meters long, 14.6 meters deep and 8 meters high. The total construction acreage is 118 square meters with about 4.1 tons of steel. The volume of construction is as above and is the first time to construct a pre-engineered steel item, but it did not create any difficulties for Nguyen Phong Metal because of the many-year-experienced technical staff and supervisors in construction supervision and construction of wrought iron items.

2. Material & paint color:

The entire exterior facade system uses 500x250x6mm I-shaped steel, 75x150x3mm steel rectangular tubing. Two-component epoxy paint is used for this item with yellow emulsion color.

Inside are claddings behind the facade painted in matte black. This is considered as a typical color scheme of the investor. Paint color is presented by Nguyen Phong Metal for the investor’s approval before being used for the entire facade system.

3. PRODUCTION, CONSTRUCTION AT THE WORKS:

Total production and construction time is 30 days at the construction site directly.

Because it is an outdoor façade system, the welding processing stages at the construction site are carefully checked by Nguyen Phong Metal many times to minimize the rust of the welds. Under the hot sun of the first days of August, but in return, the cool weather of Lam Dong province, Nguyen Phong Metal's workers excellently completed this item on time; with the trust of the main contractor, they gave us a few more small items to prepare to put the project into operation. And in return are satisfied compliments because of the enthusiasm of the team in charge.
